Declan holds his full Real Estate License and joined Home Scope as an Assistant Property Manager just over Four years ago. Since then, he has grown to oversee all aspects of our rental property portfolio. Declan is extremely knowledgeable about the latest legislation and changing regulations within the real estate industry, focusing in Property Management. He conducts all routine inspections and maintains an excellent rapport with both our tenants and landlords. Declan efficiently organises maintenance and coordinates with tradespeople, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We look forward to expanding our rent roll with Declan at the helm.
